Please Note: Fees listed do not include court costs, copying fees, or filing fees, which are paid directly by the client. Actual fees depend on case complexity, time, and potential outcomes and while an initial consultation. Please contact for any post-hearing fees, if necessary.

North Carolina Services

Retainer Pricing Option

Key benefits of the retainer model include:

  • Refunds for unused hours: If your case resolves with unused funds, the remainder is returned to you.

  • Transparent, pay-as-you-go billing: You only pay for the time spent on your case.

  • Replenishment only if needed: If your case exceeds the initial retainer, we’ll contact you to approve additional funds.

This option may be more cost-effective for clients whose cases can be resolved efficiently, compared to a flat fee which is fixed regardless of actual hours worked.

Initial consultations are $100 to schedule.

In addition to flat fee pricing, we offer a Retainer Pricing model for Post-Conviction cases. This structure is based on hourly billing, with funds placed in a trust account and drawn down as work is performed. Hourly rates are $400 for attorneys and $175 for staff.

No hidden fees. Just honest, effective representation.

If these values matter to you, let’s work together. Book your initial consultation today.
